Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it by call or WhatsApp (Cash on Delivery) or verify your advance payment. We may cancel orders with incorrect contact details, suspected misuse, or items that become unavailable. Any advance payment is then refunded in full.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The final total, including products, weight-based shipping, 16% GST on shipping and 4% COD charges where applicable, is shown before you place your order and confirmed by our system.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For advance payments, please upload a clear screenshot and use your order number as the reference.

Delivery and replacement

Delivery is handled by PostEx as described in our shipping policy. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced under our replacement policy.

Product information

Our products are natural foods and personal-care items. Descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture and taste between batches (for example, real honey may crystallise in winter).
